Zero Waste: Zero Waste Academy Courses

Resource Recovery Centre Management Training Course

Course Overview

The Resource Recovery Centre Management course has been created to develop the skills of workers who have the potential to take on management roles in community recycling operations.

It is also suitable for current managers of operations and for those considering starting up a community recycling venture.

Course participants will come away from this course with a balanced overview of the many issues and skills required to operate a Community Recycling Programme. A course aimed specifically at developing the skills of workers on recycling operations will be available later this year.

The Management course has been developed by John Ransley and Josie Uren of Innovative Waste Kaikoura
